Lenda began her real estate career in the Cary area in 1994 when she moved from California with husband, Dave, who is also a member of her real estate team. Now, she has four sons, two of which followed her to the area along with the four grandchildren.
Her previous career in the travel industry greatly influenced her ability to sell lifestyles more than just houses alone. It’s her negotiating skills and professionalism that set her apart from the rest.
Her clients consistently comment on her ability to separate emotion from business to get the best value, both on the selling and buying sides. She is well connected to the Cary area and familiar with the ever changing needs of her clients.
Lenda has consistently been ranked in the top 25 real estate teams of the Triangle. As part of the LG Real Estate team, there are three additional members: Lee Ann Crowder, Office Manager and Danya McHugh, Listing Assistant and Dave Goulding, Business Manager; all are licensed real estate brokers.
In her spare time, Lenda serves as Treasurer for her neighborhood homeowners association, actively participates in local charities and enjoys spending time with her family. When it comes to family time, Lenda really loves playing cards and board games with her boys and their children and walking and doting on her adorable dog. And, did we mention shopping and travel? While online shopping is often a pleasure for shoes in particular, Lenda loves to hop on a plane and visit faraway places and immerse herself in the many cultures around the world.

What is your favorite movie? Saving Private Ryan. The reason is because it helped me understand what it was like for my parents during World War II.
Are you a dog- or a cat-person? Dog -- Boston or Tibetan Terrier is our fifth son.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park in Botswana
Why do you love living here? Yes, My biggest regret is that we didn't mover here 10 years earlier where all four of our sons would have attended school in NC
What is your secret/hidden getaway? When we lived in California it was Carmel. Now that we are in North Carolina it is Sea Pines in Hilton Head
Do you eat Eastern- or Western-style barbecue? Both but I prefer Western style
