When I first met Lenda, my impression was that she was a very professional, seasoned real estate pro. My wife and I engaged her to sell our Weston Estates home, and she definitely lived up to my expectations. I’m confident she doesn’t bat a 1000, and I’m sure every now and then she runs into situations that don’t end up as “storybook” as ours did, but without any hesitation whatsoever I would suggest that if you are thinking about selling your home, and you don’t at least put Lenda on your list of “agents to interview,” you have made a very large mistake.

Lenda’s strongest point, however, was in the sale negotiation. Clearly she is at the top of the market in this respect, and it was the main reason we hired her. She is very personable and pleasant to deal with; she’s someone you would want to know after the transaction is complete. I am glad to count her as a friend and would unquestionably use her again in the future.
My wife, Karen, was still in Florida, so Mark suggested we make an offer conditional on her approval. Much to our delight, the offer was accepted, and Karen and our daughter came the following weekend to give their approval.
Mark was extremely professional, always answering our calls and following up immediately on details both large and small. He recommended an inspector who was the most thorough I have met and was present for the entire inspection, even after I had to leave. At the closing, Mark stepped in and facilitated some last-minute communications between our lender and the closing attorney when it was discovered that an incorrect version of the HUD statement had been provided.

We were building a home in Glenkirk and enlisted Lenda’s assistance to ensure the project stayed on track. Her ability to relate to our builder to get them to follow up and do what they are supposed to do is very important.
In our particular case, the home was laid out incorrectly in the beginning. Lenda found us a knowledgeable independent contractor, and between the two of them, they stayed on top of our builder and resolved issues before they become big problems.
