Lenda initially spent a great deal of time talking with us to learn about our family and our situation to best understand exactly what we were looking for. Selling a house (for us at least) was like blending raw—there is no better way to explain it—emotion with financially driven investment logic. How do you put a price tag on the structure that was the scene for 95 percent of your most cherished memories?
Lenda is an absolute artist in helping families navigate those waters (and my sense is “those waters” are different for each family she encounters).
