She is very personable and pleasant to deal with; she’s someone you would want to know after the transaction is complete. Mark was extremely professional, always answering our calls and following up immediately on details both large and small. He recommended an inspector who was the most thorough I have met and was present for the entire inspection, even after I had to leave.
