Lenda began her real estate career in the Cary area in 1994 when she moved from California with husband, Dave, who is also a member of her real estate team.

Her previous career in the travel industry greatly influenced her ability to sell lifestyles more than just houses alone. It’s her negotiating skills and professionalism that set her apart from the rest.

Her clients consistently comment on her ability to separate emotion from business to get the best value, both on the selling and buying sides. Her goal is to have customers who are just as satisfied with their new homes as they are with the transaction.

Lenda is one of the top 25 agents in the Triangle, according to Triangle Business Journal, and ranks in the top one percent of 4000 Realtors® nationally. She is one of only 30 members of the Leading Producers Council, and is a member of both the Triangle Realtors and the Cary/Morrisville Chambers of Commerce. In her spare time, she serves in the mentor program for the Wake County Public Schools.

Lenda and Dave live in Cary's Preston neighborhood and have four grown sons. Rex lives in Cary with wife Lora and daughters Ashley and Allie. Ryan and Rusty live in California and Matt lives in New York City.

David Goulding - Business & Marketing Manager

David joined his wife Lenda’s real estate team in 1998 after a 22-year career in the life insurance business where he specialized in estate and business planning. His experience in business, marketing, and customer relations give sellers the exposure their homes need to move quickly.

David also works to continually improve administrative and computer systems that maximize efficiency and communication at Lenda Goulding & Associates.

Mark is originally from London, England but relocated to the Raleigh area in 2004 with his wife Reina, who is a US native and had lived in Raleigh for many years previously.

Marks background is in production planning, operations and procurement which enable him to use his attention to detail, problem solving and negotiation experience to ensure his clients not only get the best value in their real estate transactions but also make that process as smooth as possible.

Lee Ann Crowder was raised in Durham, NC, graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and completed her MBA at Campbell University.  She resides in Cary with her husband and two young sons, who are avid soccer players.  Prior to obtaining her broker's license and making a full-time career move to the real estate industry, Lee Ann was a homemaker and managing partner for coastal investment properties.  As a development partner, she managed multiple projects from concept to completion.

Lee Ann's knowledge of real estate investment, coupled with her project planning and marketing experience with high-tech software companies, allows her to bring sound business experience and strong customer service acumen to Lenda Goulding and Associates.  She is ready to assist you with your home buying or selling experience.
